Pandora’s Box of complex aromas – heady and perfumed with wild strawberry, potpourri, borage flower and musk. Hints of cinnamon and nutmeg spiced blue berry fruits laced with garrigue and resinous lick of conifer sap. The palate is sleek; taut and sinewy, with powder fine tannins and a bright streak of acidity that will be just as well suited to a rich lamb dish now or a few years relaxing in the cellar before opening.
