Prosecco

Prosecco is an Italian DOC or DOCG sparkling white wine produced in a large area in Northern Italy, named after the village of Prosecco.  Typically clean, fresh and great value, these easy drinking bubbles may not have the complexity of Champagne due to different method of winemaking, but Prosecco is a great introduction into the world of sparkling wines. Often displaying fresh stone and orchard fruit flavours with a clean finish and a hint of sweetness. It is an integral part of any ‘spritz’ cocktail!
