Deeply coloured with a stunning sweet cherry fragrance and a spicy nut bouquet. Generous sweet cherry and plum flavours with finely integrated oak. This vintage is beautifully balanced with a silky velvety richness. The fruit was hand harvested in March 2024; 100% de-stemmed followed by a long cold maceration; fermented slowly and gently pressed. This wine has been filtered; is unfined and aged in French oak barriques; of which 25% were new; for 11 months.
