Doctors Flat Pinot Noir 2016

Aren’t we lucky to have a few 2016 vintage wines from Steve Davies at Doctors Flat in Bannockburn. Supple tannin, savoury and spice woven over dark fruits. This is right in the drinking window, still with fresh fruit notes as well as secondary and tertiary nuances. Great wine from a powerful vintage.
