Crushed stones, citrus and a hint of pears. Really dusty/stony. Chewy texture and that stony minerality make this an elegant and persistent wine. Long, sour-fresh finish. So much presence and enormous freshness. 100% Assyrtiko. New cuvée priced between the estate wine and the Monsignori. Vines 120–180 years old, seven parcels. Nine months on lees.
