Hawkshead Pinot Gris

The 2024 Hawkshead Pinot Gris is a captivating wine, bursting with the aromatic intensity of ripe melon, honeydew, wild florals, sweet herbs and the minerality of wet stones after the rain. The wine is commandingly present and finishes long and memorable. The delightful soft texture and pleasant palate weight has been created through slow 40 days fermentation in 10% in neutral French Barriques and 90% stainless steel and lees stirring.
