Dragon Bones Riesling

Complex nose of preserved lemon, white flowers and flint. A very textural palate, showcasing flavours of citrus and preserved lemon, in a flinty and dry style. Great producer that is relatively unknown hailing from the Waitaki valley in North Otago.
